TP Industries Arms Race is an achievement/trophy in GTA 5. It can be unlocked after a side mission is completed, which can only be done by Trevor.
The McKenzie Airfield Hangar will be available for purchase after the mission Nervous Ron.

To unlock the TP Industries Arms Race trophy, Trevor has to first purchase the McKenzie Airfield Hangar and complete the Arms Race.
The Arms Race is a side mission in GTA V unlocked after purchasing the McKenzie Field hangar after the mission Nervous Ron. It has two parts - Arms Trafficking Ground and Arms Trafficking Air. Packages have to be dropped or collected and there are 5 levels in each with different bonus objectives. Sometimes, targets have to be eliminated as well. These missions are done for Oscar Guzman and completion of each level rewards you with cash along with bonuses. In the ground missions, a Dune Buggy is used by Trevor, while in the air missions, Trevor flies a Cuban 800.
A. To get the TP Industries Arms Race achievement, you have to simply win the Arms Race after purchasing the McKenzie Airfield Hangar.
