Walter In GTA 5

Walter is a minor character in GTA V who appears in the Got Your Back mission of the Private Taxi Fare Side mission for Franklin Clinton.

Walter works in construction and is a passenger picked up by Franklin in the Private Taxi Fare side missions. He reveals to Franklin that the Lost MC might’ve done something to his niece and he is going to meet with them at the Port of Los Santos.

Background

Walter reveals that his sister’s husband left her and he has been a father figure to his niece Kelly ever since. He is a construction worker and always teaches his niece to be a good girl and that sex and drugs should be done only after marriage.

Events of GTA 5

Franklin has to pick up Walter from Ammu-Nation next to Pillbox Hill and drive him to the Port Of Los Santos. He explains to Franklin how The Lost MC might’ve done something to his niece. He calls The Lost "a bunch of glam rock rejects." He gives Franklin a pistol telling him that it is just a precaution.

When Walter goes to speak with the members of The Lost MC, they make jokes about him and his niece after which he pulls out a gun on them, and so do the gang members. Franklin then has to kill the gang members to complete the taxi fare mission and earn his fare. If Franklin chooses not to help him, the gang members will shoot and kill Walter.

An Emperor with the number plate saying "NIKOB" can be found parked where the shootout with The Lost MC happens. This is a reference to the Grand Theft Auto IV protagonist Niko Bellic.
A second Emperor with the number plate saying "ROMANB" is parked near the first Emperor, a reference to the Grand Theft Auto IV character Roman Bellic, Niko's cousin.
One of the reinforcement vehicles for The Lost MC during the shootout is a green and white Hexer with number plates "LUISLOPZ", a reference to The Ballad of Gay Tony protagonist Luis Fernando Lopez.
