Leon is a minor character in GTA 5. He was formerly the manager of the Vanilla Unicorn strip club.
Leon is killed by Trevor, who takes over the Vanilla Unicorn in the mission Hang Ten.

In the mission Hang Ten, while Trevor is taking over the Vanilla Unicorn, he kills the manager Leon in his office. Later in the mission “Surveying The Score” it is revealed that Trevor kept his body in the fridge at the office of the Vanilla Unicorn. Leon only appears for a brief moment as a corpse.
A. Leon is killed by Trevor when he takes over the Vanilla Unicorn in the mission Hang Ten. His corpse is seen in the office fridge in the mission “Surveying The Score”.
