The Witch is one of the most rare and dangerous enemies in Minecraft. As soon as you hear the telltale Witch’s laugh, you should begin panicking. Witches can do attacks that ignore armor by using poison, which will likely kill you unless you find a Bucket of Milk or heal yourself quickly. If you have ever wanted to summon a Witch to troll friends or to fight against, read on to find out how.
Any normal villager could turn into a Witch. While Villages are typically one of the safest places to stay in Minecraft, there is a small chance that lightning could strike a villager and turn them into this powerful warlock. One always has to be on their toes when there is a lightning storm near a village. You can also manually trigger lightning, creating all manner of creatures and even convert a villager into the Witch!
Restrain a Villager by surrounding them with blocks. Summon lightning to transform him into a Witch.
Unless you place blocks such as slabs on height 1 and 2,, the Witch will attack you!

Q. Can you transform a Villager hut into a Witch hut?
Witch Huts will occasionally spawn naturally in swamps, but can you create your own? In a way, you can. Unfortunately you will have to manually recreate the Witch Hut that spawns in swamps and cannot use magic to convert any Villager buildings.
Q. Can Witches revert back into Villagers?
No. If you transform a blacksmith Villager for example, he will be transformed for good.
Please be careful when summoning these dangerous mobs. Without proper care and protection, you can easily be killed with mere seconds of exposure to a Witch. These offensive enemies are also one of the tankiest mobs in the entire game, rivalling even the Iron Golem. Watch your back or you may find yourself looking at a Game Over screen.
