Hyphae Block in Minecraft

Hyphae or wood is a block that has the log’s texture on all six sides. It comes in 9 different types: oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, dark peak, crimson, warped, and mangrove. They have a variant: stripped hyphae or stripped wood, which is made when you right-click the hyphae block with an ax.

How to obtain hyphae

Only some variants of hyphae are generated naturally, Oak hyphae, and stripped oak hyphae are generated in plain villages. Acacia hyphae is naturally generated in savannah villages, and finally spruce and stripped spruce hyphae are generated in snowy plains, snowy taiga, and taiga villages. You can pick up hyphae blocks by breaking them with an ax. They can also be crafted by placing 4 logs or stripped logs of the same wood in a 2x2 formation in the crafting grid.

What is the use of hyphae?

Hyphae can be used as a decorative block or as a replacement block for logs and planks for building structures. Hyphae can be used to craft campfires, planks, smokers, and soul campfires. You can also use hyphae as fuel in furnaces, they will smelt 1.5 items per block.
