Nether Brick Stairs in Minecraft

Nether Brick Stairs are naturally generated in the nether fortress, but you can also craft them yourself. Naturally generated Nether Brick Stairs can be picked up by simply breaking them with a pickaxe of stone or higher quality. To craft them you can either cut the nether brick into stairs or arrange 6 nether bricks blocks in the pattern shown below.

Nether Brick Stairs are a variant of regular stairs that are used to make changing elevations more convenient, as you don't have to jump from one block to another constantly and can simply walk up or down the stairs.
