Savannas are mostly flat biomes, with vast amounts of tall grass all over the terrain. Acacia and small oak trees are the two types of trees that grow here; this is the only place where acacia trees naturally generate. Windswept savanna is the rarer variant of the savanna and is found in areas with high erosion. This means that the landscape is chaotic and uninhabitable.
This variant is largely opposite to the standard savannas which were characterized by peaceful vast areas of land with acacia trees and tall grass. The windswept savanna has its terrain covered with a mixture of grass patches and stone patches, with coarse dirt in between. It is full of extremely steep mountains, enormous overhangs, floating islands, and huge waterfalls and lava falls.
They have the same mob spawning chances as the standard savannas, with horses and other passive mobs. Llamas and villages won’t be found in this treacherous terrain. The steep drops and overhanging create dark spaces underneath which can spawn hostile mobs during daytime and cave-like spaces.
