In the game, Doshin appears with Shinga and Hakui. He starts by summoning fiery rats to cause chaos in the forest to distract the Konoha shinobi. He uses a special Mud Golem technique against his opponents. Later, when Naruto and his team arrive at Tsukigakure, Doshin tries to confuse them with a genjutsu that changes the surroundings.
However, Naruto's group quickly figures it out and then Doshin then creates Mud Golems to attack them. Even though Tsukino breaks free from Shinga's control, Doshin is confident that Naruto won't beat Shinga.
When Naruto stands up to his kinjutsu, Doshin gets angry. Naruto and Sakura defeat two of his Mud Golems, while Kakashi and Sai take on the rest. Doshin keeps using his technique, even though it drains his chakra and tires him out.
Kakashi suggests he stops, but Doshin stubbornly keeps making more Mud Golems. Eventually, he exhausts himself and fails to create more Golems which allows Kakashi to defeat him in the end.
Doshin was loyal to Shinga and used to look down on others, thinking that he was the strongest one. He neglected the side effect of using forbidden techniques, which made him lose his strength, which led to his death.
Doshin had orange hair, which hid his forehead and eyes and wore a round green cap. He wore a green outfit which is open from the shoulder side. Both shoulders had red markings.
Doshin possessed unique and potent kinjutsu in the game as he could summon fiery rats to create chaos and distractions on the battlefield. Another notable ability was his Mud Golem technique, which crafted earth and mud golems as powerful allies. However, it drained his chakra quickly.
Additionally, he used genjutsu to confuse opponents by altering their surroundings. Doshin used these techniques when facing Naruto, Sakura, Sai, Tsukino, and Kakashi at Tsukigakure. He summoned flaming rats, sent Mud Golems after them, and employed genjutsu to deceive and disorient his foes. These abilities made him a formidable adversary in the game.
