Edashi in Naruto

Edashi, Taizo, Gasuka, and Asura were close friends, and the first time Edashi appeared in the anime was in Naruto Shippuden Episode: 465. This was where he, alongside with other three and Shiro (Land of Ancestors), went hunting a wild boar. But when they found that boar, it attacked them as that boar was under the influence of black Zetsu.

Edashi went up to a tree with his other two friends, but Asura was chased by the boar who tried to kill him. Somehow, Shiro tried to save him but died after the boar hit him. Indra came to the rescue and killed the boar with lighting jutsu and Sharingan.

Years later, when Asura was going on the journey which Hagoromo sent him, Edashi, alongside Gasuka, went to Taizo hut, where he was hiding. He told him about the mission Hagoromo had given to Asura. Sometime after Asura was chosen as Hagoromo's successor, Edashi party with other villagers and later helps Asura fight against Indra, who tried to attack the village.

Edashi is a loyal and cautious person who supports his friends. He showed loyalty by joining his friends Taizo and Gasuka in hunting down a troublesome wild boar. When Gasuka expressed concern about the danger, Edashi carefully listened to his friend. He also supported his friends by expressing frustration about the boar ruining their gardens.

As time went on, Edashi remained supportive. He and Gasuka sought out Taizo and informed him about Asura's important mission. Edashi attended a special event where Asura was chosen as a successor by Hagoromo. He also stood by his friends to fight against Indra, who was unhappy with the decision.

Edashi, in childhood, had very short black hair and wore sleeveless t-shirts and trousers. In Adult, he wore a blue open blue shirt and brown t-shirt inside with grey trousers and trimmed hair.

Edashi learned the basic ninshu and could transfer his chakra to Asura when he was fighting against Indra.
