Frost Daimyō in Naruto

Not much is known about his life except that he is now the Daimyō of the Land of Forest.

At some point, the Lightning Group went after him for stealing money from the less fortunate while talking to a geisha. They promised not to harm him if he paid up, but before they could agree, shinobi from Kirigakure appeared and fought the group, and saved the Daimyō in the process.

Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation

The Daimyō and its people began to prepare to leave after learning that Akatsuki would be entering their village. They were awaiting a response from Konohagakure before beginning the evacuation. Afterwards, he is guarded by the Fifth Mizukage, Chōjūrō and other powerful shinobi.

He is concerned about the safety of the politicians and Daimyō, but is reassured once the Fifth Mizukage explains the strategy to safeguard them. He is then guarded by the Daimyō of the Five Great Shinobi Countries in a safe house.

He was revealed to be a cowardly man who has no problem begging for his life and stealing from the less fortunate.

He has short, pale purple hair that spikes up at the back, a prickly mustache, and a long beard. He wears a cap with his village’s symbol on it, similar to a forehead protector. He also squints and appears to be dressed in a purple kimono.
