There is not much information about Fukusuke past as he appeared in Naruto episode: 102, "Mission: Help an Old Friend in the Land of Tea." The Wagarashi Family hired him to run in the Todoroki Shrine Race and if he had won the race, Wagarashi Family would take control over Dagarashi Port.

Kyuroku Wagarashi hired Aoi Rokusho and Team Oboro to deal with Idate Morino, the Wasabi family runner, who was guarded by Team Kakashi (Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha).

When the race started, Idate took another route because he knew it would be hard for his boat to cross the other island as there would be rain and heavy breeze in the way of the route.

Aoi handled the boat for Fukusuke and helped him to reach Nagi island, where he had to take one of the Ryochu’s Jewels from Modoroki Shrine to carry them to Todoroki Shrine. When Fukusuke reached the Modoroki Shrine, he took one of Ryochu’s Jewels and decided to rest because he thought Idate would not come.

Later, Aoi told Fukusuke to go and reach the Todoroki Shrine. However, when Fukusuke showed him attitude, he grabbed him and told him that he could kill him right away, which scared him and he ran away. However, Idate eventually caught up with him and won the race.

Wagarashi Family members then beat up Fukusuke because he was too careless and lost the race.

Fukusuke is overconfident in his running ability which made him lose the race. He shows no respect towards the Wagarashi Family members and loves to have some fun.

Fukusuke wears a teal color sleeveless T-shirt and, over that, a guard. He wears shorts and a red band on his head. He has spiky brown hair, which is spiked back.

Fukusuke is very fast and that’s why hired by Wagarashi Family to run in the Todoroki Shrine Race.
