Fuyo in Naruto

Fuyo is a chunin of Amegakure during the start of the civil war in the Village Hidden By Rain. She is also one of the followers of the Akatsuki group, which was led by Pain and Lady Angel (Konan). Fuyo, and her team from Amegakure, were then sent to Konohagakure to participate in the Chunin Exams.

Their mission was to gather information about shinobi with high chakra levels, potentially identifying jinchuriki, all while keeping quiet about the demise of Hanzo, their former leader.

During the written exam, Fuyo and her teammates were randomly placed in different rooms for the written test. The proctor, Shikamaru Nara, explained the rules, and they devised a plan to share answers discreetly.

The key point was their ability to maintain secrecy and pass the written exam. During the written exam, the participants were given a final question that tested their loyalty. They had to decide who on their team they would sacrifice in a decoy situation. Fuyo and her team wisely chose not to answer this question, recognizing it as a loyalty test. Fuyo's team was among the 30 teams that made it through to the preliminary round of the Chūnin Exams, which took place in Sunagakure. While in the Demon Desert during the preliminary round, Fuyo's team encountered various other teams, including Team Komugi and Team Guy.

As per their orders, they were actively searching for shinobi with high chakra levels. Fuyo and her teammate Suiren worked together with Konoha-nin, including Lee and Neji, as circumstances led them to team up. They were focused on finding their missing teammate, Ajisai.

After a skirmish with Team Komugi and realizing they were outnumbered, a truce was formed. Fuyo and Suiren agreed to work together with Konoha-nin to locate their respective teammates, who were trapped in a ruin. They eventually found their teammates and decided to meet again in the third phase of the Chunin Exams.

Due to the controversy surrounding the second exam, the third exam was canceled for that year. Instead, reports on each participant were sent to their respective village leaders to determine if they would be promoted to chūnin. Fuyo and her teammates received a positive report, and Konan, the leader of Amegakure, promoted them to chunin.

Following their promotion, Fuyo and her team were assigned an S-rank mission, which unfortunately led to the death of their teammate, Ajisai. The anime does not specify whether Fuyo and Suiren met the same fate or survived the mission, leaving their ultimate fate open-ended.

Fuyo is a calm and composed kunoichi, and just like her teammates, she hated other villages until she met Team Guy, who formed an alliance to find their teammates and defended her and her teammates when other Konoha village teams tried to attack them.

Fuyo wears a violet dress with long sleeves, purple pants, and ninja sandals. She also has a light violet sash on her right shoulder and a yellow choker around her neck. Her forehead protector is hidden beneath her hair on her forehead. She has long, black hair covering her face's left side. Her eyes are purplish-red and often seem half-closed, giving her a somewhat lazy look.
