Gamahiro’s Background

Gamahiro is a giant toad from Mount Myōboku. His past is unknown, but he seems to be greatly coordinated in battle alongside Gamabunta and Gamaken.

Part 1

Konoha Crush

Gamahiro was summoned by Jiraiya during the Konoha Crush to aid in defending the village. While Konoha shinobi were struggling in swaying off Orochimaru’s giant snakes, Jiraiya summoned Gamahiro, who directly landed atop the snake. The snake was immediately crushed because of the giant size of Gamahiro.

Land of Rice

Gamahiro was summoned by Jiraiya to aid Sasame, Sakura Haruno and Naruto Uzumaki escape from one of Orochimaru’s hideouts that was about to be crumbled.

Part 2

Pain’s Assault

During Pain’s Assault in Konoha, Gamahiro was summoned along with Gamabunta and Gamaken to assist Naruto Uzumaki in battle against Pain. The toads trio engaged with Animal Path’s summon upon Fukasaku’s orders. Hiro battled the ox with several destructive blows and then finished it with two calculated strikes using his swords.

When the Giant Multi-Headed Dog began to replicate after being attacked by Gamabunta, he fought them off until Naruto crippled the Animal Path, which caused the summoned creatures to vanish. The three toads later immediately attacked both the Deva Path and the Preta Paths, but they were sent flying beyond Konoha’s borders by the Deva Path’s Shinra Tensei technique after his power returned. After the battle concluded, Hiro was seen lying at the bottom of a lake.

Fourth Shinobi World War

Gamahiro was summoned by Naruto to the battlefield to crush the mutated White Zetsu Army clones during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Later, Naruto left Hiro to look out for more threats while he deployed his clones all over the battlefield.

Gamahiro’s Appearance

Gamahiro is a massive toad, albeit, like Gamabunta, his size is inconsistently described; he is often depicted as taller than buildings and trees. He has aquamarine skin, yellow eyes with gray ringing, and two distinct round markings on his shoulders. He also wears an orange ribbon around his stomach and carries two massive katanas on his back as his main weapons. During Part 1, his skin was brown.

Gamahiro’s Abilities

Gamahiro carries two large swords with great proficiency and is able to use them to easily dispatch his enemies. He also has great close-range taijutsu skills.
