Goji in Naruto

Goji and his team took part in the Chunin Exams. They qualified for the second round and went to the Demon Desert. Shira told every other Sunagakure team to stay away as his team would use genjutsu to stop anyone chasing the Datsuji team. But then, Team Guy attacked Datsuji and his team, making Datsuji's team run away.

Team Goji decided not to work with Shira anymore. Goji attacked Sen, but soon Team Guy came to help Shira's team and drove Datsuji's team away.

Later, Goji's team was chased by Rock Lee. They used genjutsu to keep Lee away and attacked him from a distance. Lee's teammates and Shira's team came to rescue him.

Goji's team was defeated, but Shira asked for mercy on their behalf and offered his exam scroll to them. Goji's team declined and gave their scrolls to Shira's team and Team Guy instead. They wanted to pass the exam independently by getting another scroll from a different team.

Goji is a proud individual, as is evident from the fact that he doesn't like the idea of being ordered around by Shira. He refuses to accept handouts. At the same time, he is willing to admit defeat gracefully and push on soon afterward to accomplish his goals.

He is also rather perceptive, as seen during his battle with Sen, where he quickly analyzed her abilities and deduced an exploitable weakness.

Goji wears a short brown poncho over a dark blue kimono shirt that is tied with a light blue sash. He also wears brown arm guards, black baggy pants, bandages around his ankles, and shinobi sandals. Goji has orange hair, yellow eyes with black pupils, and a long nose resembling a beak, making him look similar to a tengu. He also has purple markings around his eyes and cheeks.

Goji is skilled with kunai knives and is very good at using them. He always carries a lot of kunai with him and can throw them with a string or use them for close combat. He's so good that he can even hold three kunai in one hand. Goji can also use Water Release, creating water needles that can stun his opponents. He's incredibly quick and can easily dodge and deflect projectiles, but he got tricked by Lee and couldn't defend against his attack.
