Harem Jutsu is a Jutsu that was invented by Naruto Uzumaki. It is a combined version of the Shadow Clone Jutsu and the Sexy Jutsu, creating the ultimate Harem Jutsu.
Naruto uses the Sexy Jutsu to transform into attractive naked woman. With Shadow Clone Jutsu, he multiplies these transformations in order to catch the opponent off guard even more by covering them. Smoke is formed around the private parts of the clones.
As remarked by the Third Hokage, he could totally fall prey to the Harem Technique which is a lot coming from someone who is referenced to as the ‘God of Shinobi’. Kaguya, who is known as the Mother of all Shinobi is also caught off-guard by this Jutsu during her battle against Naruto and Sasuke.

Harem Jutsu was invented by Naruto Uzumaki after he learnt how to perform the Shadow Clone Jutsu. By the beginning of the series, Naruto had already mastered the Sexy Jutsu, as seen in Episode One where he uses it in his class to tease his teacher, Iruka.
Naruto then imparted the Sexy Jutsu to his apprentice, Konohamaru Sarutobi, the grandson of the Third Hokage. The both of them spent a lot of time together, going over the different ways to master this technique. Much like Naruto, after Konohamaru learnt how to use the Shadow Clone Jutsu, he applied his Sexy Jutsu to the Shadow Clone Jutsu to create the Harem Jutsu.
Konohamaru is seen using this Jutsu while learning how to use the Rasengan. He confused Naruto’s instructions for the Rasengan with his instructions for the Sexy Jutsu, but this method somehow turned out to be effective, helping Konohamaru master the Rasengan.
Although most people whom the Sexy Jutsu was used against were caught with a nosebleed, Killer B was unmoved by this Jutsu. After being covered by Naruto’s Shadow Clones performing the Sexy Jutsu, the unmoved Killer B stands there doing nothing, after which he closes the door on Naruto.
Harem Jutsu itself is a variation of the Sexy Jutsu and the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Since it is a Jutsu that was developed by Naruto Uzumaki, there are not many variations of the Jutsu. There still are variations of the Jutsu, which are below:
Harem combines Naruto’s signature Sexy Jutsu with the Shadow Clone Jutsu, covering the opponent in attractive women. Reverse Harem Jutsu does the opposite, by covering the opponent in attractive men. While these Jutsu don't seem effective, the Reverse Harem Jutsu almost saved the world while Naruto was fighting Kaguya Otsutsuki.
This version of the Harem Jutsu, Naruto transforms his clones into attractive men and makes them do poses which implies relations between each other. This jutsu was invented by Konohamaru.
Sexy Girl on Girl Harem Jutsu utilises the Sexy Jutsu and the Shadow Clone Jutsu and transforms into attractive women. Upon doing so, the user makes them do suggestive poses. This Jutsu was also invented by Konohamaru.
