Kizashi Haruno in Naruto

Kizashi Haruno first appeared in the anime when Kakashi Hatake and the Third Hokage (Hiruzen Sarutobi) visited their house before Kakashi became the Team 7 mentor. Mebuki and Kizashi Haruno invited them for tea.

After Kizashi and his wife Mibuki returned home from a sale in another part of town, they were surprised to find Ino Yamanaka and Sakura, who seemed a bit confused, at their doorstep. Sakura was initially shocked and confused, too, but started crying and ran away, leaving everyone else puzzled.

Later, when Kizashi, Sakura's father, gave her a lost necklace and showed a similar one around his neck, Sakura hugged them while still crying, which confused them even more. Despite the confusion, Sakura's parents left her with Ino and told her she could return home whenever she wanted.

Kizashi became the Fourth Hokage instead of Minato Namikaze in another version of history when Obito used Infinite Tsukuyomi to test their technique before the Fourth Shinobi World War. The village was in a big war, and sadly, Kizashi and his wife Mebuki died while protecting the village. Before they passed away, Kizashi gave his daughter Sakura his necklace. This made Sakura an orphan in that world.

Kizashi is a cheerful guy who often cracks jokes and laughs hard at it. He is more of a carefree person who wants everyone to enjoy their life to the fullest. However, he does care about her daughter and has the opposite personality compared to her wife.

Kizashi Haruno has burgundy colored hair, which is shaped like a cherry blossom. He has massive sideburns that point toward his mustache area. He wears a navy blue kimono and under that, a green one. He also wears three-fourth shorts.
