Kura Kageno in Naruto

Kura Kageno is in the Academy's opening ceremony with his new classmates, and their teacher is Hana Kaka. Her class had famous kids like Osuka Kamakura, the daughter of an acting duo, the Seventh Hokage's daughter, Himawari Uzumaki, and Kae Yukiwari, the princess of the Land of Bamboo. Kawaki is also in the same class because he is on the mission given by the Hokage to protect Kae.

Kura attended a tea party at Kae's place, where Kae got mad at Osuka Kamakura for ruining the event. Surprisingly, Kura and their classmates applauded Kae's outspoken side over her usual prim demeanor. Later, during a class demonstration by Team 7, Kura joined Mitsuki's group and admired his Lightning Release: Snake Lightning technique.

In a competition hosted by Boruto Uzumaki, Kura tried to grab a red ball from Harika Aburame and sided with Soul Tao during a conflict with Ehō Norimaki. The disagreement was resolved, leading to a pleasant picnic under cherry blossoms organized by their teacher, Hana.

The Sannin Play and Festival:

When the class had to put on a play about the Sannin, Kura took charge of special effects, using smoke bombs to simulate the Summoning Technique. Amid Eiki's clash with Kawaki, Kura repaired the damaged set. She and Mimi managed a target booth with kunai prizes during the festival. The festival took a tense turn with a terrorist threat, leading Kura to stay indoors.

Survival Training and Unexpected Revelation:

After Hana's hospitalization due to a terrorist attack, Kura warmly welcomed back her teacher. Hana arranged survival training on an uninhabited island to make up for the cancelled festival. However, the situation turned intense as rumors of the killer missing-nin circulated. During an explosive encounter, Kawaki and Himawari revealed shocking information about Hana being an assassin who wanted to kill Kae.

Resolving the Situation:

Working together, the students tracked Hana and Kae to a cave. Kura played a vital role, providing a rope and using an old Academy paper to focus their search. The revelation of Hana's true nature escalated the situation.

Kawaki, revealing himself as a shinobi, collaborated with Team 25 to find Hana defeated. Struggling with her dual personalities, Hana eventually regained control. As Kae had to return home, the class finally staged the Sannin play and bid her farewell at the train station.

Kura is a curious and brave student who likes solving mysteries. She helps with tasks like special effects and managing booths. She's kind, welcoming her teacher back, and plays a key role when her class faces a surprising revelation. Overall, she's a supportive and active friend.

Kura is short and wears a black hood with cat ears that cover her eyes. She has a bell around her neck and a tail sticking out from the back. She also wears shorts, black stockings, and plain sandals. Kura has teeth that stick out a bit, giving her a slightly fanged appearance.

Kura excels in investigating and solving mysteries. Additionally, due to her family background in concealed weapons, she carries various hidden objects with her. Despite this, she faces challenges in quickly locating these items.
