Early Life

Maki, at her young age, wanted to be like the Great Kunoichi of Sand Pakura, who possessed Kekkei Genkai. Maki used to train with her, and she was constantly improving.

Maki in Kazekage Rescue Mission

Maki was in the Temari team, who went on the Gaara Rescue Mission with Team Kakashi and Chiyo as they wenttowards the Land of Rivers.

The Akatsuki Group captured Gaara, who is also a Jinchukriki of One-Tailed Shukaku and the Kazekage of the present time.

Maki in Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation

Maki was in the Sealing Troops of the Third Division, where Kakashi Hatake is the Commander of the Third Division, and Maki is one of the most important parts of it.

The 7 Swordsmen of the Mist were reincarnated and started attacking. Kakashi and Might Guy held them off well, and one by one, Maki was able to seal them away with the help of Sai and other Sealing Troops.

Maki stayed alert as Kakashi told her to, and when Ensui paralyzed Haku and Zabuza, Kakashi told Maki to use her Cloth Binding Technique to seal them.

On the second day, Maki Against Pakura

Maki and the Third Division encountered Pakura, a great Shinobi with the Kekkei Genkai ability. Pakura told Maki about her death and what happened to her.

In the end, when Maki again encountered Pakura, she was able to seal her, and while she was sealing away, she said they didn’t die in vain as she did in her past.

Maki is a collected and composed kunoichi and someone who is also incredibly tenacious and driven. This was proven by the fact that she insisted Pakura train her even though she had just returned from a mission and intended to make another attack after the first one had failed to capture her sensei.

She also holds her master in the highest respect since she chose to stop her during the Fourth Shinobi World War rather than let her tarnish the legacy she had left behind.

Since the creation of the Allied Shinobi Forces, Maki's attitude against Kirigakure has changed. She has even commented that this battle would probably herald a new era for the relationships between the villages. Maki nursed a bitter hatred towards Kirigakure for the death of her father.

When she was younger, she wore a black skirt, thigh-length fishnet stockings, sandals, and a yellow top with a scarlet shirt underneath that revealed her navel.

Maki has shoulder-length black hair and gray eyes, but the purple marks on her face are what people will notice first. She is dressed in the typical Sunagakure ninja garb, complete with a turban. She also carries a sizable roll of fabric that she uses for her procedures.

During the Fourth Shinobi World War, she wore the same outfit as she used to during Naruto Shippuden, but as an Allied Shinobi Force Ninja, she had to wear a Headband with an Allied Shinobi Force sign.

Cloth Binding Technique
