Mikoshi in Naruto

Mikoshi and his team participated in the Chunin Exams organized by Konohagakure and Suna. In the first phase, they were split into different rooms and had to answer a question. Their team needed a combined score of exactly 100 points to pass. They left a bonus question unanswered but still passed. In the preliminary round, they had to race to Suna, and they were among the first 30 teams to arrive and qualify for the next phase.

During the second phase in Demon Desert, Mikoshi suggested intercepting an enemy team to take their needed scroll. However, they got caught in a sandstorm, and Mikoshi fell into quicksand. Fu saved them, but they declined her scroll. Hoichi later attacked them, but Gaara came to their rescue. They decided to get help, leaving Yukata and Mikoshi behind. They were found by a ninja from Konohagakure, who informed them about the situation.

As the exams neared their end, Mikoshi's team couldn't find a matching set of scrolls. One of their teammates, Matsuri, decided to fight Shira, a fellow Suna-nin who admired Gaara. Matsuri lost but took it well. The exams were ultimately ended early due to controversy, and the decision to promote participants was left to their respective village leaders.

Mikoshi is mature, but can also be stubborn and insist on being right, even when he's in a dangerous situation, like being sucked into quicksand.

Mikoshi is a very serious and dedicated person when it comes to the Chunin Exams. He takes each step of the exams seriously and wants to succeed. He has a teammate named Yukata who sometimes behaves in a way that annoys him, but they are still friends.

Mikoshi wears a yellow and blue jacket with a zipper, blue and light gray pants, and black sandals for ninjas. He also wears a purple sash over his right shoulder and black gloves with no fingers. He has short, spiky brown hair and wears black glasses. He puts a band around his forehead.

Mikoshi is a genin-rank shinobi who is intelligent, but in the anime, he has not shown any abilities.
