Reto in Naruto

Reto was a Kazekage who attended the first-ever meeting of all five Kage. He demanded compensation for Sunagakure having a tailed beast and asked for a portion of the Land of Fire's fertile land and 30% of what each nation paid for the tailed beasts. Some people thought his demand was too high, but he stuck to his request. Later, Reto was assassinated like many other Kazekage before and after him, which was believed to be due to a curse on the Kazekage lineage.

After Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha sealed Kaguya Otsutsuki, Hagoromo Otsutsuki summoned the deceased Kage, including Reto, to help him and the Hokage in summoning Team 7, the tailed beasts, and Madara Uchiha from Kaguya's dimension. Eventually, Reto and the other Kage's souls were sent back to the Pure Land.

Reto was a smart leader who didn't let his feelings get in the way of what was best for his nation. He cared deeply for his people and met with other leaders to negotiate better conditions for them. He asked for some fertile land and money for his nation. Even though others thought his demand for 30% of the money was too much, he wouldn't change his mind and threatened not to agree unless he got what he wanted.

Reto was a middle aged man who had brown spiky hair and gray eyes. He wears a white scarf around his neck and a blue haori. His hair was pinned back, and his skin was clean.

Reto was a very strong ninja who founded Sunagakure and became its first Kazekage. He was so powerful that he brought together all the other desert-dwelling ninjas and became their leader. He even threatens all other Kages in the first-ever meeting between the five kages if they do not fulfill his demand.
