Shinga in Naruto

Shinga used to be a scientist working for the Third Hokage. With the help of two assistants, he invented a very powerful technique called the Jibakugan. However, only Shinga knew how to control it, making him want more power. He also created a demon named Shinki that could steal chakra from the land. When the Third Hokage discovered Shinga's dangerous discovery and realized it was wrong to use it on others, he banned the technique. He sent Itachi Uchiha to arrest Shinga, but Shinga managed to escape. The ninja group called the Anbu thought Shinga died in a mudslide.

Shinga got a demon seed called Shinki from a special place in Konoha and combined with it. This caused a big problem in Tsukigakure, where the village got wrapped around by a huge tree. Later on, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha worked together to defeat and kill Shinga.

Shinga was greedy to gain power and wanted to be the strongest ninja. He was also intelligent, but due to his greediness, he died.

Shinga wore a maroon and gray full-sleeve shirt. He had spunky gray hair and markings on his face, alongside a red gem in the center of his forehead. He changed into a beast-like being when he lost control of his power. He also wore the anbu-like mask with black and red markings on it.

Shinga, as a brilliant scientist, invented a technique called the Jibakugan. With this technique, he could bring out a person's hidden negative or hateful feelings from their mind and use them for his benefit. He believed the Jibakugan was very powerful and almost impossible to resist, but Naruto Uzumaki could resist it because of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox inside him. When Shinga merged with Shinki, he gained even more abilities, like taking away other people's chakra to make himself stronger.
