Shiro (Land of Ancestors) was a stray dog who used to go around with Asura Otsutusuki and Indra Otsutusuki. He was from the Land of Ancestors, which was founded decades before any Hidden Village in Naruto was founded. He is one of the supporting characters in the Naruto anime series and manga that was written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Shiro’s Background



Shiro was a dog who belonged to Indra and Asura. One day, Asura and his friends saw a wild boar and wanted to follow it. Shiro was with them and saw the boar first, but it was very scary, so they decided to run away. The boar attacked Asura, and Shiro tried to protect him by attacking the boar. Sadly, Shiro was hit by the boar, which led to his death. Indra came to save them and killed the boar. Later, Asura buried Shiro.

Shiro was a playful and brave dog that loved playing with Asura and Indra. It cared for them and risked its life to protect Asura from a big wild boar.

Shiro was a little dog with light brown fur and with white fur on its belly, jaw, and ears. It had two small white circles above its eyes.
