Shiromari in Naruto

Not much is known about Shiromari’s past as he made little to no appearance in the anime. Additionally, he is only a part of the Naruto anime, making him a filler, non-canon character in the series.

Koza Kubisaki summoned Shiromari more than half a century ago, during a time of war. As his last line of defense, Koza summoned Shiromari, tasking it with consuming anyone who dared to approach.

Unfortunately, Koza passed away before he could release the summoning, leaving Shiromari bound to the contract scroll used to summon it. For over fifty years, it remained bound to its duty, faithfully guarding the castle with deadly intent.

Shiromari debuted in the Lady Daimyo Search Mission, where he was introduced as the summon of Koza, the deceased daimyo of the Land of Neck. In the arc, Naruto Uzumaki, Hinata Hyuga, and Kiba Inuzuka were on a mission to locate a missing group of people when they chanced upon an unexpected summoning.

As they investigated, they were suddenly engulfed by the creature. Inside, they realized the gravity of their situation and embarked on a quest to find the contract scroll that had summoned it.

Fortunately, the spirit of the castle lord, Koza Kubisaki appeared and showed them where to find the scroll. The lord felt remorse for the creature, which had been guarding his castle for half a century, and wanted to release it from its duty.

Shiromari was fiercely devoted to its summoner, Koza, having dutifully protected the castle for so long. Naruto and his companions cut the scroll into pieces to free the creature, and they made their escape using Rasengan.

Shiromari is a colossal chameleon with enormous, vivid red eyes. Upon its release, its form resembled that of a cyclone, with its massive red eyes dominating its entire body.

Unfortunately, the anime did not reveal Shiromari's true form and only provided a picture of what looked like a chameleon.

Shiromari was able to transform and take on different forms, including that of a huge castle. It could change its appearance down to the smallest details, like stairs, carpets, lamps, and even paintings on the walls. Its shape-shifting powers lasted a long time, allowing it to maintain its form for as long as it wanted. It was also big enough to eat many people.
