Sky Ninja Executive was first seen on an aircraft carrier at sea, where he ordered an attack on Konoha. Later, he was warned about a Konoha intruder and sent a team after them. However, Sai defeated the team easily. When Shikamaru's plan advanced, the captain and Kakashi revealed themselves.
The captain ordered his men to stop attacking and prepare for another air raid to destroy Konoha. But things took a bad turn for the Sky brigade. Shino, following Shikamaru's plan, sneaked onto their ships and released insects that destroyed the aircraft carriers and the Sky Ninja.
The captain was in despair as his subordinates panicked and the insects caused damage to their ships. Eventually, the captain was killed when one of the ships collapsed.
Sky Ninja Executive was an arrogant and overconfident ninja and because of that, he was killed as he took Konoha shinobi lightly.
Sky Ninja Executive wore a light purple jumpsuit and over that dark purple flak jacket with a face covered by a mask. He had brown thick eyebrows and grey eyes. He wore the Land of the Sky forehead protector.
Sky Ninja Executive has the skill to fly with Winged Mechanical Device which run through chakra and also has the ability to launch bomb from it.
