Suna Assassin Captain in Naruto

During a mission with the Konoha village, Suna Assassin Captain and his squad were ordered to kill Gaara. He used a technique called "Puppet Water Release: Dance of Mystic Rain" to stop Gaara from controlling his sand.

However, Naruto Uzumaki and his teammates, Yaoki and Korobi, arrived just in time to save Gaara. In the end, Gaara used a ball of sand to knock out most of the captain's squad, without killing them.

Suna Assassin Captain is a very aggressive person who really doesn't like Gaara and believes that he shouldn't be alive. So when the elders of Sunagakure asked him to help assassinate Gaara, he didn't hesitate to accept the mission. He was also mean to the Konohagakure shinobi, even though he and his team promised not to interfere with their mission.

Suna Assassin Captain wears the usual clothes that Suna-nin wears, except he doesn't have sleeves on his shirt and he wears a mask that looks like an oni. He also wears black gloves and has his head wrapped in bandages, just like his team.

Suna Assassin Captain was chosen as the leader of a group of assassins sent to kill Gaara, which suggests that he is a highly skilled shinobi. He uses puppets like many other Suna shinobi. By combining Water Release with certain puppets, he can spray water at enemies who are trapped in chakra threads. This is particularly useful for sand users because it makes it harder for them to control their sand. He also carries a sword, so he is probably skilled in kenjutsu (sword fighting).
