Tou in Naruto

Tou, before her death, was a member of the Twelve Guardian Ninja. She, along with five others, opposed a coup attempt by six of their fellow members. However, they were all killed by Kazuma during their fight when they tried to use Limelight on him.

After a few years, grave robbers stole Tou and the other three ninjas and revived them using lightning. Asuma got to know their plan and tried to stop them, but Tou and the other two had become mindless puppets. She then went to a place emitting lightning and prepared to use the Limelight technique. However, when Asuma killed Kitane, the plan failed, and Kazuma released him and the summoned Twelve Guardian Ninjas.

Tou was a young woman who had short black hair and wore the Twelve Guardian waist cloth around his waist. She had yellow eyes and wore a sleeveless red tank top and black trousers.

Tou was considered one of the most powerful kunoichis in the Land of Fire and was appointed as the direct guard for the daimyō due to her exceptional abilities. She possessed an affinity for lightning-style jutsu. Together with Kitane, Seito, and Nauma, she could utilize a technique known as Limelight which had the ability to turn everything in the surrounding area to ash when activated in the four cardinal directions.
