Uhei in Naruto

In the past, Uhei was summoned by Kakashi Hataki when he was genin and was a part of Team Minato. He and other Ninken were summoned to divert the path of Kirigakure shinobi, who were behind Kakashi. Later Uhei and others helped to search for Orochimaru.

In the Land of Waves arc, Kakashi summoned Uhei, and other Ninken, to attack Zabuza Momochi. They did just that so Kakashi could attack with his Lightning Blade (cutter) attack. In the Sasuke Recovery Arc, Uhei and other ninken were summoned by Kakashi to track down Naruto Uzumaki, who went to bring back Sasuke.

In the Sunagakure support mission, Uhei and others investigated the Takumi Village after Kakashi asked them to.

In Kazekage Rescue Mission arc, Uhei and other ninken were asked to track down Sasori by giving them a small piece of his cloth to track him by the smell.

Uhei and other Ninken are summoned to track down Itachi Uchiha in the Itachi Pursuit Mission arc. Every Ninken was assigned to a different Konoha shinobi, and Uhei was assigned to Sai alongside Urushi (Summon).

Sometime later, after the Pain assault, Uhei and other Ninken were summoned by the Kakashi so they could help Kiba in training. They did just that as while they initially prevented Kiba from taking the scroll from Pakkun, he eventually managed to take the scroll.

During the Five Kafe Summit arc, Kakashi summoned Uhei and other Ninken to deliver a scroll that carries intel to other hidden villages. In the Kakashi Hiden: Lightning in the Sky novel, Kakashi summoned Uhei and other Ninken to search for Exploding Tags, which are planted on the ship's name (Tobishachimaru). Soon they were able to find them and gave them to Might Guy.

Uhei is calm and composed. He is also quick to act.

Uhei has brown fur and bandages around his head. He wears a blue jacket that has the heno-heno-moheji logo. He also wears a Konoha village head protector around his neck. His eyes are a sharp look.

Uhei has an amazing tracking technique and can detect almost any smell. He can use the Earth Release technique to confuse his opponent about his location. He has amazing bite force and speed. He can use Dog Wall Formation, Crane Wing Formation, Circular Formation, and Ninken Ninja Art: Dance of the Dust Cloud.
