Urushi is an orphan who lives with other orphans and Nono Yakushi. One day, he and the others found a boy hurt under a tree. They took him to their home and gave him a name: Kabuto. Urushi put a helmet on Kabuto's head to protect him.
Urushi grew up with Kabuto as his brother, and they helped Nono and Kabuto heal ninjas from Konoha. Urushi did not like ninjas, but he did it for money as he wanted to have a peaceful life with his family. Danzo took Kabuto to his Anbu Root team, which upset Urushi as he thought that Kabuto would live them forever in the Orphanage.
Urushi became a ninja himself when the Fourth Shinobi War started. He fought for Konoha and tried to save his friends. He wished for the war to end and for Kabuto to return home as he missed his brother very much. Urushi eventually saw Kabuto again after many years but Kabuto had changed a lot.
He had done bad things, but he also tried to be good and even brought some children who are copies of Shin Uchiha. Urushi did not say anything, but he was happy to see Kabuto again.
Urushi is not shy or quiet as he scolds Kabuto and tells him to be grateful to the nun who helped him. He is not very polite, as seen when he put a helmet on Kabuto's head and said it was to protect him. But he is a good person because he helped Kabuto when he first met and gave him a name.
He also loves the other kids in the orphanage, like his family, and wants them to be happy. When he was in the war, he invited a shinobi who had no home to join the orphanage. Even though he was mean to Kabuto, Urushi really liked him as a brother and waited for him to return for a long time. He was either hopeful or very confident in Kabuto, or both, because he never thought that Kabuto might have died from his work.
Urushi wore a black shirt, white shorts, and shoes. As he grows older, he wears the same clothes as another ninja from his village. He also has a metal plate on his head that shows he is part of a big team of ninjas. He still has the badges from his orphanage on his plate with some hair on his chin as well.
He has black eyes and hair, and a big mark on his nose that he was born with. When he was young, he had a hat with three badges that showed he lived in an orphanage.
Urushi has chunin rank skills, which is why he was selected for the Fourth Shinobi World War, and he also treated Konoha shinobi when they were in the Third Shinobi War.
