Kaguya Otsutuski was sealed by the combined efforts of Team 7 in the Fourth Great Ninja War. There is no confirmation whether she was killed after being sealed. Kaguya Otsutsuki is a fictional character in the popular manga series and its anime adaptation, Naruto and Naruto Shippuden.
Kaguya was sealed off twice in total in the series duration. First, she was sealed away by Hagoromo Otsusuki and Hamura Otsutsuki, her children. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, she was again sealed away with the combined efforts of Team 7 after being revived by her third son, Black Zetsu.

In the Ancient Era, Kaguya gained her Rinne Sharingan after consuming the ChakraFruit from the God Tree. With her newly acquired prowess, she started ruling over the land by controlling the residents with her Dojutsu. At some point, she gave birth to her two children, Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki.
Initially oblivious of their mother’s secret behind her influence on people, Hagoromo and Hamura discover the existence of the God Tree. Hagoromo finds her love interest in the grasp of the God Tree, who later loses her life after the God Tree consumes her life force. Hagoromo confronts his mother and then finds himself fighting against his brother Hamura who Kaguya controls. Hagoromo fatally wounds his brother to release him from their mother’s influence and then heals him with his prowess.
Both brothers engage in a battle against their mother and after a prolonged struggle, they were able to seal off Kaguya by using the legendary Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei, also known as Six Paths Planetary Devastation. It combines the Yin and Yang Release, creating a strong seal. The Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei was so massive that it is said that that was how the Naruto World got its moon.
Before she is completely sealed, Kaguya gave birth to Black Zetsu, her will incarnation. Black Zetsu then devoted his life to finding a way to revive his mother.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Black Zetsu manages to revive Kaguya by using Madara Uchiha, who is the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki at this point, as the medium for her revival. At this point, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, two of the most loved characters in the show, have gained Six Paths prowess thanks to Hagoromo Otsutsuki.
After hours of effort, Team 7 finally got the desperately needed opening. With the combined efforts of Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and Kakashi Hatake, Naruto and Sasuke successfully seal off Kaguya with the sealing jutsu imparted to them by Hagoromo.
