Yudachi is a genin and he is from Amegakure, a village hidden in the rain. He was the one who delivered corpses to Konan in the high tower and his ninja abilities were those of a genin.

He and Ryushi were the ones who delivered corpses to the high tower in Amegakure, which is where Pain used to be. When he and his partner are caught by Jiraiya, they refused to answer any of his questions but Jiraiya sends Yudachi to Konoha where he is interrogated by Ibiki.
When he can't get any information, Inoichi comes in and probes his mind. After passing through the barricades that were in his mind, they finally get some information. That was how they got to know that Yudachi and Ryushi used to bring dead bodies to Konan but they weren't aware of what they were used for. He was killed by Animal Path Pain when he attacked Konoha.
Yudachi had short messy brown hair with dark coloured eyes. He wears a black forehead protector and he has a scratch through the village symbol on his forehead protector to indicate his loyalty to Pain. He also has a star on his right cheek
His skills are similar to that of a genin.
A. It has been seen in Boruto that Ame has been left to rot in the dust and Kara has been conducting his experiments there.
A. The Kage of Amegakure is called Takigakure and Kusagakure.
A. It is still unknown who was the first Kage of Amegakure but in the anime, Hanzo of the Salamander was seen leading the village although he never became the Kage.
