Buggy's Treasure Island in One Piece

After the timeskip, Buggy and Alvida made an alliance and set up a Pirate Dispatch Company and it became a base for many of their operations. When the system of the Seven Warlords of the Sea was abolished, this island was surrounded by Marine battleships to apprehend Buggy and his crew. When Crocodile arrived at Karai Bari and sank down the Marine fleet, it was with the intention that Buggy repays him a huge loan in order to start the Cross Guild.

As Buggy had no money to pay, he offered to have his own company, and the flyers that were distributed showed Buggy as the foremost member of the guild. Even though Crocodile and Mihawk were not happy, they agreed to use Buggy as a figurehead leader. Thus this was the beginning of the base of operations for Buggy’s delivery to Cross Guild.

Buggy the Clown

Buggy is the captain of Buggy Pirates, leader of the dispatch organization 'Buggy's delivery' and a former Warlord. The way Buggy became an Emperor is unknown. He ate the Bara Bara fruit which gave him the ability to split his body parts at will. Even though Buggy is portrayed as a weak and comedic character, he is infatuated, strong, and can also be dangerous if needed to be.

Dracule Mihawk

Dracule Mihawk is the mysterious swordsman that appeared at the start of the series. He is known as the world's best swordsman. The World Government was impressed by Dracule's skills with the sword so much that they asked him to be a Warlord. He takes care of all the Warlord's duties without a complaint and even took part in the Marineford war, even though he didn't agree with its reasoning. Even though he is loyal to the World Government, Mihawk does as he pleases and even personally trains Roronoa Zoro.

Crocodile

He has the Suna Suna devil fruit which gives him the ability to turn himself into or control sand. He made a drought happen in Alabasta and framed the King in order to start a rebellion. Crocodile had planned to save the people of Alabasta and act as their savior so that they would name him the new king, but that didn't happen as the Straw Hats intervened in their plans. After the whole Alabasta incident, the World Government saw what Crocodile had done and he was immediately put into prison.

Daz Bonez

Daz Bonez also known as the ‘The Killer’ was a former bounty hunter who joined Baroque Works. He was one of the high-ranked officers. He was commonly called by his codename Mr. 1 and his partner was Miss Doublefinger.

Alvida

Alvida also known as ‘Iron Mace’ was the former captain of the Alvida Pirates. Alvida traveled with Buggy as they had a common goal to find the same person, Luffy. She didn't tolerate Buggy’s crew being noisy 24/7 and also asked them many times to be silent and not very noisy.

The other people who lived on Karai Bari Island are Galdino, Mohji, Cabaji, Richie, Kinoko, Acrobatic Fuwas, Impel Down inmates, Tightrope Walking Funan Bros and Superhuman Domingos.
