Paradise is the name of the first half of the Grand Line and this name was given by pirates fleeing the New World, compared to which ‘the first half is a paradise’. It is located between East and South Blue and goes from the Twin Cape and Mary Geoise.

The first half of the Grand Line is referred to as Paradise and stretches from the Twin Cape to Mary Geoise. It got its name from people that have returned from the New World. The first half of the Grand Line possesses highly volatile and unpredictable weather conditions and the first part of Paradise is very chaotic.
Every island in Paradise presents its own unique challenges, and the level of difficulty seems to increase the farther one travels. A countless number of pirate crews have entered the Grand Line, though only a small handful has made it that far.
Whiskey Peak is the only city located on Cactus Island and this place is inhabited by bounty hunters that work for Baroque Works. They capture any bounty heads that land here to help fund the missions for their organisations.
Little Garden is an island in Paradise. This is the only island that has dinosaurs living on it and this is the second island on the Grand Line that the Straw Hats visited.
Kyuka Island is an island in Paradise. This is the island where Mr. 3 and Miss Goldenweek took their day off when they weren't on missions.
Drum Island is a Winter Island in Paradise. Sakura Kingdom is located on this island and is also the birthplace of Tony Tony Chopper.
Nanimonai Island is an inhabited island that comes just before Alabasta. This island is never seen before.
Alabasta Kingdom is the desert kingdom in Paradise and it is the fourth island that was visited by the Straw Hats crew. It is where the poneglyph showed the location of Pluton and one of the twenty founding countries of the World Government.
Jaya is a spring island in Paradise. This island was once shaped like a skull and is much larger than it is now. It was the homeland of the Shandia four hundred years ago and it is now known as the lawless zone that is popular with the pirates.
Long Ring Long Island in an archipelago in the first half of the Grand Line. This is the location of the Long Ring Long Land Arc and the seventh island that was visited by the Straw Hat Pirates on the Grand line.
Water 7 is a city in Paradise known for its shipwrights. The Straw Hats crew had stopped here to trade in their gold for food as well as to repair the Going Merry. They also wanted to find a new shipwright for their crew.
Ennies Lobby is also known as ‘Judicial Island’. It is government-controlled in Paradise. Ennies Lobby is one of the World Government’s three major strongholds and the headquarters of CP9.
San Faldo is one of the island in Paradise. It is connected to Water 7 via the Sea Train and it is also known as Carnival Town. They provide iron to Water 7.
Pucci is one of the islands in Paradise. It is connected to Water 7 by the Sea Train and it is known as ‘Gourment City’.
St. Poplar is an island in Paradise. This is connected to Water 7 and Ennies Lobby via the Sea Train. It is known to be one hour from by Puffing Tom from Water 7. It is known as ‘Town of the Spring Queen’.
The Florian Triangle Area is a stretch of sea that must be sailed through to travel from Water 7 to Fishman Island. This place is notorious as many ships mysteriously go missing within it.
Saboady Archipelago is the final island in Paradise that is close to the Red Line. it is a massive mangrove forest that grows out from the middle of the ocean with each tree of the forest on which people live in.
Guanhao is an island in Paradise. This is the place where the World Government organized a training camp for future Cipher Pol agents.
Tarai Current is a giant spiral ocean current that flows between and connects the World Government’s three major facilities in the first half of the Grand Line. it is caused by the Gates of Justice redirecting the water.
Marineford is the base of operations for Marine Headquarters. It is where the Marine Base G-1 is present. It the place where former Fleet Admiral Sengoku and all the Marine Adimirals live along with the Vice Marine Admirals. The city is inhabited by the families of Marine soldiers.
Fishman Island is the home of the fishmen and merfolk. It serves as an underwater gateway to the New World for the people who do not want to cross the Red Line.
Karakuri Island is an island in Paradise. This island is in the Future Country Baldimore and it is where Dr. Tsukimi built his own automata. This country specializes in advanced technology like cyborgs and mechanical structures. It is known as the ‘Future Country’ and the birthplace of Vegapunk.
Momoiro Island is an island in Paradise. It is closely located in the Lulusia Kingdom. This island is filled with pink plants and animals. It is the home to the Kamabakka Kingdom.
Boin Archipelago is a series of flower-shaped island in Paradise. These islands have various gigantic bugs and vicious man-eating plants. It is said that if anyone enters this island, they have no chance of leaving it again.
Nakamura Island is an island in Paradise. This island is the place where Harahettania is located. Harahettania is a kingdom that has a Satan-worshipping tribe that is run by Pekkori.
Kuraigana Island is a dark and gloomy place in the Grand Line. It is home to the fallen Shikkearu Kingdom. This forested island is deserted with ruins everywhere and it also possesses unique hills too.
Kenzan Island is an island in Paradise. This is the island where the Tehna Gehna Kingdom is located. This island is the home of the Longarm Tribe and these tribe members had taken in Brook and put him up as a display.
Merveille is also known as ‘Hidden Land in the clouds’. It is a hidden archipelago floating in Paradise and served as the base of operations for the Golden Lion Pirates. This is the place where Shiki and Indigo created an army of mutated animals to overthrow the world.
Foolshout Island is an island in Paradise. This is Koala’s hometown, she was born and raised here.
