Totto Land is an archipelago in the New World. It constitutes the main territory of Big Mom. according to Pekoms, it is one of the largest and most powerful nations. Big Mom is the queen and she wants it to become a Utopia that will unify all races. Some of the islands out here have rivers that are made out of the juice of different colors.

Totto Land is a massive archipelago with Whole Cake Island, the base of operations for the Big Mom Pirates, in its center. It had thirty-four subsidiary islands that are arranged roughly in concentric circles. Each subsidiary island is ruled by a member of the Charlotte Family and it’s the minister.
Most of the islands are named after food. Many of the Islands are made out of juice consisting of different colours. The different islands of Totto Land are:
Whole Cake Island: It it the central and main island which is named after cake. It is the base of operations of the Big Mom Pirates
100% Island: It is governed by the Minister of Jice Smoothie.
Biscuits Island: It is named after biscuits. It is located to the northwest of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Biscuits Cracker.
Black Island: It is governed by the Minister of Tea Dismarche.
Cacao Island: It is one of the outermost southwestern islands that is named after chocolate. There is a secret route to Whole Cake Island that is used by the Charlotte Family. It is governed by the Minister of Chocolate Lola.
Candy Island: It is located to the southwest of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Candy Perospero.
Cheese Island: It is named after cheese. It is located to the west of Whole Cake Island.It is governed by the Minister of Cheese Mont-d’Or.
Cutlery Island: It is named after cutlery. It is governed by the Minister of Cutlery Mascarpone.
Flavor Island: It is located to the northwest of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Essence Saint-Marc.
Fruits Island: It is located to the east of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Fruits Compote.
Funwari Island: It is located to the southwest of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Puff Chiffon.
Futoru Island: It is located to the southeast of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Tasting Mobile
Ice Island: It is located to the southeast of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Gelato Moscato.
Jam Island: It is named after jam. It is located to the west of Whole Cake Island.It is governed by the Minister of Jam Dacquoise.
Jelly Island: It is named after jelly. It is located to the south of Whole Cake Island.It is governed by the Minister of Agar Kanten
Kibo Island: It is governed by the Minister of Yeast Marnier.
Kimi Island: It is governed by the Minister of Eggs Citron.

Komugi Island: It is governed by the Minister of Flour Katakuri.
Liqueur Island: It is named after Liqueur. It is located to the northwest of Whole Cake Island.It is governed by the Minister of ALcohol Zuccotto.
Loving Island: It is governed by the Minister of Love Cornstarch.
Margarine Island: It is governed by the Minister of Butter Galltte.
Milege Island: It is governed by the Minister of Meringue Broye.
Noko Island: It is governed by the Minister of Whipped Cream Opera.
Nuts Island: It is governed by the Minister of Nuts Amande.
Package Island: It is governed by the Minister of Transport Nusstorte.
Piepie Island: It is governed by the Minister of Pie Compo.
Poripori Island: It is governed by the Minister of Beans Daifuku
Potato Island: It is governed by the Minister of Fries Snack.
Rokumitsu Island: It os located tot the south of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by the Minister of Honey Flampe.
Sanshoku Island: It is governed by the Minister of Mix Chiboust.
Tanega Island: It is governed by the Minister of Seeds Kato
Topping Island: It located to the northwest of Whole Cake Island. It is governed by Minster of topping Tablet.
Unique Island: It is governed by Minister of Design Praline
Yakigashi Island: It is governed by Browned Food Oven
Charlotte Linlin had lived in Sheep’s House which would then become the Whole Cake Island. After the members of Sheep’s House went missing, Linlin formed a partnership with Streusan, she then expressed the desire to turn the island into a place where everyone irrespective of their race could live in harmony. Thus Totto Land was born.
When the Straw Hats crew came to Totto Land to rescue Sanji from his arranged marriage with the Charlotte Family, they attempted to be very covert about it but Big Mom found out that they had arrived instantly. Sanji’s family, the Vinsmoke Family, had also arrived on the island to meet with Big Mom.
Big Mom did not attack the Straw Hats directly but instead, she lured them into a trap by getting them inside the Seducing Woods.
When Sanji and Pudding’s wedding was underway at the top of Whole Cake Island, it was interrupted when the Straw Hats arrived to assassinate Big Mom. The Straw Hats, Fire Tank Pirates and the Vinsmoke family managed to escape from the wedding and planned their escape from Totto Land but they were chased by the Big Mom Pirates.
Big Mom also went after the Straw Hats as she had been craving the wedding cake and didnt get it so she went on a rampage. Sanji went with Pudding and Chiffon to Cacao to make a new wedding cake for Big Mom while the Straw Hats were trying to get away from Totto Land as far as possible. They were successfully able to escape when Pedro sacrificed himself to stop the Big Mom Pirates.
Simultaneously, Luffy and Katakuri were fighting in the Mirro-Worls to keep him away from his crew. Big Mom was still chasing the Straw Hats across the sea, as a large wave hit the Straw Hats, Big Mom thought that they all had died. She then left as she wanted to look for cake in the Nuts Island and went on a rampage there also till it was destroyed. Big Mom saw the Straw Hats again as they were both heading for Cacao Island and the Fire Tank Pirates picked up the finished cake from Cacao Island and began to feed it to Big Mom.
Bege’s ship arrived in the nick of time as Big Mom was about to destroy the Straw Hats and their ship, the attack from Bege led Big Mom to Funwari Island where she ate the cake and finally regained her sense. The Straw Hats were still continuing to go to Cacao Island to retrieve Luffy, the Vinsmoke Family and that is when the Sun Pirates arrived to help them escape from the ambush from the Big Mom Pirates.
The Vinsmoke Family and Sun Pirates were able tot ake over the Big Mom Pirates and help the Straw Hats finally escape Totto Land.
The people who live on Totto Land are
Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is known to be one of the powerful antagonists in One Piece and she is a part of one of the Four Emperors of the Sea. With her power, she was able to build Totto Land with 35 other islands surrounding it.
She was a member of the Rock Pirates and alongside Whitebeard, Kaido and Shiki, they formed the deadliest pirate band. She possesses the power of the Soul Soul devil fruit which gives her the power to absorb as much of a person's lifespan as she wishes. She also has a vast network of information and has information on everyone and everything.
Charlotte Perospero the eldest of the Charlotte family and he is also the Minister of Candy of Candu Island. He is extremely sadistic and takes great pleasure in torturing people. Like Big Mom is also quite fond of sweets too.
Charlotte Katakuri is the second son and the third child of the Charlotte family. He is the oldest of the triplets. He is also one of the three commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. He was also Totto land’s minister of Flour governing over Komugi Island.
Charlotte Cracker is also known as ‘Thousand Arms’. He is the tenth son and the fifteenth child of the Charlotte Family. He is the oldest triplet brother of Custard and Angel. He is also one of the three commanders of the Big Mom Pirates and was also Totto land’s minister of Biscuits governing over Biscuits Island.
Charlotte Pudding is the 35th daughter and the 76th child of the Charlotte Family. She is an officer of the Big Mom Pirates and is a hybrid between a human and a Three-Eye Tribe. She also works as a chocolatier and is the owner of the cafe ‘Caramel, on Cacao Island.
Pekoms is a combatant of the Big Mom Pirates. He is a lion mink. He was partnered up with Tamago and is responsible for collecting the monthly payments of sweets from Fishman Island in exchange for Big Mom’s protection.
The other people who live on Totto Island are Compue, Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Oven, Charlotte Amande, Charlotte Opera, Charlotte Broye, Charlotte Zuccotto, Charlotte Nusstorte, Charlotte Dosmarche, Charlotte Noisette, Charlotte Moscato, Charlotte Cornstarch, Charlotte Compo, Charlotte Mont-d’Or, Charlotte Marnier, Charlotte Tablet, Charlotte Smoothie, Charlotte Citron, Charlotte Galette, Charlotte Chiffon, Charlotte Lola, Charlotte Brulee, and the other Charlotte children, Streusen, Tamago, Bobbin and Diesel.
The islands of the archipelago share the Charlotte Family food theme.
