Baltigo Island first appears at the end of the Post-Enies Lobby Arc and before the Thriller Bark Arc. It is the former headquarters of the Revolutionary Army, which Blackbeard Pirates destroyed. It was Monkey D. Dragon who made the island headquarters of the Revolutionary Army.

The place has big rocks and snowy ground with lots of wind. There are old ruins on the island, and they were the main spot for the Rebel Army.
