On the day of the Fire Festival, during the Beasts Pirates' celebration, Kaidou called out to Bao Huang to inform him the itinerary for the day, and she complied. Bao Huang then approached Kaidou via a hole in the ceiling. Charlotte Linlin was on her way, according to Bao Huang, when Kaidou questioned where she was before heading to the Live Stage to make an announcement.

A cat wearing a mask identical to hers allowed Bao Huang to detect Shinobu and Kozuki Momonosuke during the all-out attack on Kaidou's castle by the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance. Bao Huang then informed King of their whereabouts. Afterward, she found the injured Scabbards in the second-floor treasure chamber and informed King of this. Bao Huang alerted Black Maria to the fact that she had seen another person with the samurai when she offered to go kill them.

Bao Huang tracked his group's whereabouts after Momonosuke was found, but the Marys lost sight of them. After a while, they found Momonosuke in the crawlspace on the first level, and Bao Huang told Kaidou about it. He then ordered her to tell everyone in Onigashima of Luffy's loss via broadcast. Momonosuke announced his own plans while the Marys were still in Diffusion Mode. He told his soldiers to keep fighting and that Luffy intended to come back and prevail.

When she subsequently found out that Momonosuke had fallen off Onigashima, she assumed he had passed away and felt enthused about upsetting the spirits of the alliance. But before she could make her announcement, a fight between Nami and Usopp against Ulti broke out in front of her, with the Tobiroppo coming out on top. Bao Huang accidentally revealed that Ulti and Page One had lost because she was so stunned by the outcome. Then Midori Boshi of Usopp captures her. Tama then unleashed her power across the palace by using the Mary.

Bao Huang is a dedicated worker who will be there as soon as she is called upon to fulfill her responsibility of keeping track of the Beasts Pirates' timetable. She has demonstrated the ability to vary her presentations and to place a strong emphasis on and enthusiasm for upcoming major events. She can be irresponsible since she unintentionally spread the word of Ulti and Page One's defeats around Onigashima.

Bao Huang is a young woman of average height, with short hair that is pale blonde. She has a huge squirrel's tail sticking out of her back and two long horns at the top of her head that point skyward. Her face is covered in a thin mask with four turret-shaped lumps at the bottom and a single eye painted on it. She also sports a big bow on her back, geta sandals on her feet, and a low-cut red furisode with floral motifs that bares most of her legs. She travels with a big Uchiwa fan that has writing on it.

She is in charge of lower-ranking subordinates as Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates. During the Fire Festival, she is also in charge of creating and maintaining daily routines. As a Mary, Bao Huang is armed with an odd paper mask with markings around her eyes that allow her to see places from a distance, speak, and broadcast other people's voices through other Marys, much like clairvoyance. This enables her to engage in surveillance activities, identifying and monitoring an adversary's whereabouts from a distance.

The Flying Squirrel SMILE grants the user the physical characteristics of a flying squirrel. Boa Huang got the traits of a flying squirrel after consuming the Flying Squirrel SMILE. She is able to glide and soar because of her long, bushy tail and her kimono. She also wears a peculiar paper mask that hides her face and allows her to see objects and people. She can also broadcast messages to the individuals she needs to reach and converse with ease thanks to it. She is in charge of Onigashima's daily announcements.

Boa Huang was able to use her powers to stay vigilant, identify enemy assaults, and do surveillance after consuming the Squirrel SMILE. She keeps her teammates informed about everything that occurs during combat. She is very resilient as well. In order to improve and strengthen herself in combat, she also makes use of Gifters.
