History

Levely Arc

To protect the people from the rampaging Peachbeard Pirates, Betty traveled to the Lulusia Kingdom with her fellow executives Morley, Lindbergh, and Karasu. Betty approached the populace and offered them the chance to fight. Betty's Devil Fruit awoke the latent abilities of the citizens who had opted to fight, and she instructed Lindbergh and Karasu to support the residents as they charged into combat. Betty offered the residents the contact information for the revolutionaries, pushing them to rise up with the army after the executives left the defeated pirates for the citizens to turn in for the captain's reward.

To prepare for the war against the executives they traveled to Momoiro Island to meet with the rest of the army. Betty spoke with Koala after the conference at Momoiro Island and made a statement about the latter's determination to oppose the World Government for the benefit of the fish-men race.

One Piece: Stampede

As the revolutionaries' ship departed Delta Island, Belo Betty was there with them.

Wano Country Arc

The article said that Sabo had killed Nefertari Cobra after the Levely. The other policemen later transported Bartholomew Kuma to Momoiro Island after they had freed him from Mary Geoise.

Egghead Arc

Betty found the chaos irritating and asked the other revolutionaries to be quiet as they rejoiced because Sabo was still alive. Sabo contacted the other revolutionaries and denied murdering Cobra while Dragon went to question Kuma. In Pangaea Castle, Sabo made an attempt to report what he had observed, but the World Government jammed the transmission and destroyed the Lulusia Kingdom. Kuma afterwards jumped up on his own, raced to the coast, and propelled himself off the island as the revolutionaries were in the process of fixing him. Following the freeing of the Peachbeard Pirates on Lulusia, Belo Betty welcomed the Lulusia Kingdom survivors to the island and enlisted them in the Revolutionary Army.

Betty is quite harsh with the people she helps, calling them names that are insulting and humiliating. Her goal, despite this attitude, is to persuade them to join the Revolutionary Army while empowering them to make independent decisions. She thinks that choosing to perform heroic deeds is a personal choice. She momentarily changed her usual attitude to cheer on the Lulusia Kingdom's citizens for taking up weapons and fighting. She may be harsh and unpleasant, but she does share with her fellow employees a sense of mercy and a desire to assist people who are in need. As she lovingly smiled and joyfully applauded the citizens of Lulusia Kingdom for rising up and battling the Peachbeard Pirates, she also demonstrated her admiration and gratitude for individuals who take the initiative to combat their own foes and problems.

Betty is a tall, slender woman with short, bobbed purple hair. She frequently wears a pair of black-framed, red-lens sunglasses over her light green eyes. She typically smokes a cigarette and also has red lipstick on. She wears a large, fluffy white plume on her back, a pair of red curled horns on the front, a red top hat with red goggles, and a pair of red horns that curl. Her short red jacket with pink outlines is open, and she wears a red tie while barely covering her chest. Under her red thigh-high boots, she is wearing stockings with red and white stripes. Her lacy crimson skirt is long in the back and short in the front. She also carries a sizable banner with the emblem of the Revolutionary Army on it around her.

Betty holds a significant position inside the Revolutionary Army as an executive. She has command over every soldier in the East Army as its commander. She has a 457,000,000 berry bounty on her head from the World Government, demonstrating that she poses a serious threat to their activities. Betty is a powerful speaker.
