As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.
This devil fruit allows the user to create limitless amounts of biscuits by clapping their hands. They can even manipulate the biscuits into human figures that look and move like the real deal. They can also crush the biscuits and mold them into weapons. When imbued with Busoshoku Haki the biscuits can be made into superheroes and be used as armor and shields.
Even though the biscuits are hard, if excessive force is put on them, they will break, and if water is thrown at them, they will get soggy. The ability to make an endless supply of biscuits takes up a lot of the user's stamina too and they can get hurt if their hard biscuits are thrown at them.
Charlotte Cracker is a great craftsman, so when he creates the biscuit figures, they appear to be quite lifelike. He lives in these puppets and this makes people mistake him as his puppet. These puppets help during battles and help increase his strength. He can also create clones that he manipulates from the outside in order to outnumber his enemies.
The techniques used by Charlotte Cracker are:
In this technique, Cracker makes a lot of biscuits and crushes them into very fine crumbs to shape them easily and make things.
In this technique, Cracker makes a large warrior which is very lifelike but hollow inside. He controls these puppets at will and hides inside them. He can increase their fighting range, speed and strength.
In this technique, Cracker multiplies his puppets and hardens them with his Busoshoku Haki and uses them as shields.
A. Bisu in Japanese translates to Biscuit.
