Bonk Punch’s History

Punch joined Red Hair Pirates 12 years ago. When Monkey D. Luffy was a young boy, Punch, along with his crew mates, used to tell Luffy about the adventures of their pirate life.

Punch, along with his crewmates, participated in the Summit War of Marineford to stop the war.

From the Decks of the World: The 500,000,000 Man Arc

After the timeskip, Punch and some Red Hair Pirates visited the ruins of an island. Punch was pleased to read the newspaper featuring the updated bounties of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Wano Country Arc

A week after the Raid on Onigashima, Punch gladly mentioned how far Luffy has come as a pirate.

Punch was present at the concert organized by Uta on Elegia.

Egghead Arc

The crew left Marco on the Sphinx and arrived at Elbaf. Punch joined his crewmates in preparations for a battle against the Kid Pirates, who were challenging them.

Punch is a tall, burly man with a bald head, a scar on the left side of his face, neck, and upper torso, and dark rings around his eyes. He typically wears a basic shirt with a ruffled collar and rolled-up sleeves, along with sandals. In his earlier appearance during Luffy's childhood, he was slimmer and wore a striped shirt with a sash.

Bonk Punch’s Abilities

Bonk Punch is a Senior Officer in the Red Hair Pirates, meaning he has authority over lower-ranked crew members.

Punch can charge up powerful punches and counterpunches, dealing devastating blows to his foes. He often leaves dealing with weaker enemies to Monster while he prepares his powerful attacks.

He is also seen carrying a flintlock pistol, but never seen using it.
