As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.
This fruit has a lot of many useful properties. The clothes that are generated from this fruit can be used as disguises and it depends on the user's imagination capability on how effective the disguise is. The user can also use this fruit's power to keep themselves or whoever wears it warm during extreme cold weather. The user can make armor and weapons too.
One weakness of this fruit is that the user uses stones and leaves to make clothes, so if these things aren't in their surroundings, they can't make clothes. The clothes aren't permanent and can only last as long as they're worn. The user also has to visualize how the clothes would look, or else his creations will become limited. Other than that, they have the standard devil fruit weakness, that is the inability to swim.
Kin'emon can convert any leaf or stone on someone's head and convert it into the necessary clothing needed as long as he can visualize it. These clothes will be there as long as they are worn by the person and will disappear as soon as they remove them.
The techniques used by Kin’emon are:
In this technique, Kin’emon sets up a gate with a leaf imprinted banner on top. Whoever passes through the gate will have their clothes changed and it doesn't require an object over the person's head.
A. Fuku means 'clothing' in Japanese.
A. We can see Kin’emon use his power during the Punk Hazard Arc and also at the time when the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance arrived in Onigashima.
