It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Kibo Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Later, Charlotte Marnier, Big Mom’s 32nd child, the Minister of Yeast of Totto Land, was appointed the minister in charge to govern Kibo Island.
