Kuen Village is a small village in an arid grassland. This village is surrounded by dead trees and tall grass which are slumped due to lack of water. It has one mountain which has dense vegetation.
Kuen Village is an impoverished village that had suffered from drought. All the citizens are malnourished out here. Their situation was so dire that Baby 5’s mother was told by the other villagers to abandon her daughter in the nearby mountains so that they wouldn't need to feed an extra mouth; also for the fact that the child wouldn't be able to work for several months.
The only known citizen of the Kuen Village is Baby 5, who is a pirate and the wife of Sai, the Happo Navy's 13th leader. She is a former servant and assassin of the Donquixote Pirates, serving as an officer in the Pica Army. She was abandoned by her village.
