Kujaku in One Piece

Background

Kujaku, Tsuru's granddaughter, was born in the North Blue twenty-six years ago. She eventually became a Marine Rear Admiral, following in her grandmother's footsteps.

Wano Country Saga

While the Levely was going on, Kujaku and Prince Grus were patrolling Dressrosa when they found and arrested Charlotte Lola assuming that she was her older twin sister, Chiffon, who was a Fire Tank Pirate.

Final Saga

Kujaku and Prince Grus were at G-14 when Helmeppo and Hibari, two more SWORD members, approached them about Koby's kidnapping. Afterwards, Kujaku helped Garp in saving Koby from Hachinosu. She surrounded the pirates and cleared a wide area of houses after landing on the island, allowing Garp to launch an aerial attack. Later, she saw Koby approach the battleship with Prince Grus, making remarks about the town's reaction to Garp's attack and Prince Grus's plans to undermine Koby. She was later taken aback when Kuzan stopped Hibari.

When Kujaku boarded the Marine ship during the battle with the Blackbeard pirates, she asked Garp for the sitrep through Den Den Mushi. She also told him that all of the wounded Marines and arrested civilians could depart at any time. After being defrosted, Hibari asked about Koby and expressed apologies for being a nuisance. Hibari became emotional as Kujaku consoled her, assuring her that Koby and the others would return and expressing relief for her well-being.

She was horrified when Kujaku and her fellow marines were on board the marine ship when Avalo Pizarro tried to destroy it with his devil fruit power. Despite her initial order to abandon ship, Koby was able to overcome Pizarro before he could get to the ship by striking him with a tremendous blow. When Koby got on the ship, Garp told Kujaku and the other marines to leave without him because he had been saved, but he stayed behind because the Blackbeard pirates were all around him, and Kuzan had frozen him once more.

Later, the group eventually reached the Marine GS General Hospital for medical care. Kujaku met with X Drake during this period. Together with her allies, she would later listen in on Vegapunk's broadcast to the globe and remark that Drake was doing well in his recovery but that he just wanted to be left alone. She remarked that they would be prepared to step up whenever necessary after hearing Grus express his displeasure with the probably bad news they would shortly get.

Kujaku is a dominant lady who frequently uses flirty but aggressive language, and she doesn't hesitate to use it against her superiors or other Marines. She is also kind and empathetic to her fellow marines at the same time.

Kujaku is a young woman with a prominent lip line, green eyes, and long strawberry-blonde hair. She wears a pink cloche hat with an "M" on the front and a seagull-flower accessory on the left, a strapless dress with red blotch-like designs, and a Marine coat thrown over her shoulders.

Kujaku has authority over lower-level subordinates as a Marine rear admiral. As a member of the Marine squadron SWORD, she is also free to move and conduct however she pleases, defying instructions from superiors. In addition to her Devil Fruit abilities, Kujaku uses a steel whip called Beethoven. She is also capable of using Armament Haki and Observation Haki. Kujaku consumed the Muchi Muchi no Mi, a Devil Fruit of the Paramecia variety that gives her the ability to command anything she lashes with a whip, even objects.
