Ninjin, Tamanegi, and Piiman debuted when the Straw Hat Pirates arrived in Syrup Village. During this time, the Usopp Pirates played a crucial role in assisting Kaya's escape from Captain Kuro's sinister plans. Faced with the threat of Jango, whom Kuro sent to enforce Kaya's compliance, the Usopp Pirates skillfully evaded capture.

Following Kuro's defeat, the Usopp Pirates tearfully disbanded as Usopp embraced his decision to become a genuine pirate. Despite the disbandment, the children continued perpetuating Usopp's tales of impending pirate arrivals.

Arabasta Saga - Jango's Dance Paradise

In this saga, Ninjin, Tamanegi, and Piiman encounter Jango in their village after Usopp joins Luffy. The trio chased Jango, compelling him to flee the village.

Water 7 Saga - Post-Enies Lobby Arc

After the Enies Lobby raid, Ninjin, Tamanegi, and Piiman reappeared, reacting to Usopp's updated bounty. Despite the alias "Sogeking" and the mask, they easily identified Usopp, recognizing him by his distinctive nose.

In this arc, Ninjin and his companions were shown, once again, learning about the Straw Hats' return, marking their continued interest in Usopp's adventures.

Following the events at Dressrosa, Kaya and the former Usopp Pirates expressed immense joy upon seeing Usopp's new wanted poster, reflecting the impact of his journey on those from his past.

Ninjin is brave, which he shows while fighting against Jango, and he is also a great friend of Usopp. He cares for Usopp and Kaya.

When Ninjin was young, he used to wear a T-shirt with oversized olive shorts and chunky brown boots. When he appears in Syrup Village Arc, he has freckles and short, spiky purple hair. He wears a red hat resembling a carrot. Ninjin wears a black sweater, reddish-brown sash, light orange pants, and dark brown shoes.

After a two-year time skip, Ninjin grows taller, adopts a less spiky hairstyle, and updates his look with a light-colored hooded jacket, black calf-length pants, and laced shoes, reflecting his evolution over the series.

Ninjin does not have any devil fruit power or super strength, but he can fight bravely despite being weak physically. He attacked Jango with a pan when he tried to attack Kaya.
