Pythagoras’s History

Pythagoras, alongside Lilith and Edison, analyzed the performance of the Seraphim S-Shark as it attacked the Straw Hat Pirates in Vegapunk's laboratory. Shaka later arrived to stop the Seraphim.

When CP0 requested permission to dock at Egghead, Pythagoras, fearing World Government agents discovering the pirates and the resulting punishment, went to Shaka. Lilith suggested handing over the pirates, but Shaka refused, preparing for battle. Pythagoras warned against provoking CP0, stating they were there to kill them. After CP0 was subdued, Pythagoras searched for the missing Vegapunk Stella.

While searching, S-Snake approached Pythagoras, and an explosion occurred, detaching his head from his body but leaving him alive. He met Usopp, Franky, Lilith, and York investigating the explosion. Usopp aimed at him, and Pythagoras explained he was his head. Before revealing S-Snake as an enemy, he witnessed her turn York into stone.

Later, Pythagoras praised Lilith for weakening S-Snake with a Bubble Gun. S-Snake fired a beam at them, but they dodged it. After she petrified the three, Pythagoras asked why and who ordered her. She stepped on his head, causing it to explode and killing him.

Pythagoras’s Personality

Pythagoras is Vegapunk's "wisdom" satellite, and he's a calm and smart character. He likes watching Vegapunk's inventions in action and recording data from the tests. When something interesting happens, he gets excited because it gives him a chance to learn more.

Pythagoras is also into finding peaceful solutions. When CP0 agents wanted to cause trouble for Vegapunk and his satellites, Pythagoras tried talking to them and finding reasons for them not to land on Egghead. He believes in avoiding fights and suggests to Lilith not to make things worse when she gets mad at CP0, thinking that reacting too quickly could lead to more problems.

Pythagoras looked like a big metal robot. His head was a round ball with a twisty thing on top and sleepy-looking eyes in the front. His head could come off and move around by itself, with little arms and legs popping out.

The main body of Pythagoras was metal, with the top part in red and the bottom part in cream color. On his left chest, it said "Punk-04," and in the middle, there was a symbol that means "wisdom" in Japanese. His arms, hands, and legs were bendy metal rods.

Pythagoras’s Abilities

Pythagoras is really smart and helps Vegapunk with his inventions. Just by watching Vegapunk's creations, Pythagoras can figure out a lot of things, like traits related to Lineage Factor. His main job is to gather and understand data, which means collecting information and figuring out what it all means. Pythagoras is a key player in making Vegapunk's scientific developments possible.
