Sarahebi in One Piece

At some point, Sarahebi, having consumed a SMILE Devil Fruit, gained snake-like abilities. She became a teacher in the Flower Capital, instructing children with a skewed version of history that portrayed Shogun Kurozumi Orochi as the hero and the Kozuki Family as villains.

During the Fire Festival on the day of the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance's invasion of Onigashima, Sarahebi joined Black Maria in luring Sanji into a trap. They pretended that Sarahebi was in distress, and when Sanji fell into the ruse, they captured him. However, things took a turn when Brook and Nico Robin intervened. Sarahebi was shocked when Brook referred to her group as spooky monsters.

After a fierce battle, Brook defeated Sarahebi and her comrades with his powerful attack, Phrase d'armes: Orchestra. Following the alliance's victory, Sarahebi lost her teaching position and was replaced by a supporter of the Kozuki Family. The current whereabouts or fate of Sarahebi remain unknown.

Sarahebi is loyal to her crew, captain, and Kurozumi Orochi. Before being replaced, she used to teach children propaganda that portrays Kaido and Orochi as heroes, while casting Kozuki Oden and the Nine Red Scabbards in a negative light.

Sarahebi is an average-height woman with shoulder-length pale purple hair, yellow eyes, and a small hot-pink flower in her hair. As a Gifter, she sports black sharp horns. Her attire includes a dark purple kimono with blue floral patterns, a striped obi in red and dark red, and a white tabi.

Sarahebi used to serve as a school teacher in Wano Country, responsible for instructing children and promoting propaganda that portrays the Kozuki Clan as evil and Orochi as the hero. She seems to have enough charisma to make the children accept her teachings.

In combat, Sarahebi possesses strength, demonstrated by a powerful kick delivered to Sanji. She also uses a technique called "Trap," where she and another Beasts Pirates member lure in an opponent, pretending to be in a compromising situation before ensnaring them in a spider's web and delivering a roundhouse kick.

Sarahebi ate a snake SMILE Devil Fruit, enabling her to stretch her neck and acquire snake-like fangs and a tongue. She uses this ability to intimidate students who may oppose her lectures.

• Sara-hebi is an alternate name for the nure-onna, a serpentine creature in Japanese folklore with a woman's head. Her ability may be inspired by the rokurokubi, a creature related to the nure-onna that can elongate its neck indefinitely.

• In Episode 909 credits, Sarahebi was listed as "Rokuro-sensei."

• If she is a Gifter rather than a Shinuchi, she breaks the pattern among the Beasts Pirates, being the first Gifter with a name unrelated to animals or card games. However, her name still includes "hebi," meaning "snake" in Japanese.
