The Shibo Shibo no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants its user the ability to drain liquid from both living and nonliving things by wringing them, as well as absorb liquid into themselves and their weapons, which makes them a Dehydration Human. At some point in the past, the Shibo Shibo no Mi (Wring-Wring) Devil Fruit was devoured by Charlotte Smoothie, one of the daughters of Emperor Charlotte Linlin (Big Mom). The fruit’s appearance has not been revealed.
The fruit’s main ability is to extract liquid from both living and non living things, with the user’s hands. To extract liquid from the chosen target, the user merely squeezes and twists it (similar to wringing out a drenched cloth). The wringing itself appears to cause no physical harm, no matter how extreme, and even appears to produce a delightful experience rather than a painful one. Living things that are wrung out in his manner, on the other hand, suffer from dangerous dehydration and can be left as utterly shriveled pale husks.
The liquids extracted by this fruit’s abilities can take the shape of special juices that can be sipped, and they appear to have a range of delectable flavors depending on what they were taken from, even if they were initially dangerous to consume, such as a “lava drink” from a volcanic rock. She also displayed the power to absorb a great amount of liquid into herself and her weapon to increase them, forcing her to become near to the size of a giant and mistakenly threatening to drown her ship when following the Thousand Sunny with her ship. She was also seen releasing the absorbed liquid from her sword in the form of a large soaring liquid explosion in an attempt to sink the Sunny.
