The Snake SMILE grants the user the physical characteristics of a snake. When Snakeman ate the Snake SMILE Fruit, he had a snake that came out from his abdomen. Just Like Zoan Devil Fruit users, SMILE users can also transform into animals.

When Snakeman ate the Snake SMILE he gained all the characteristics of a snake. After eating this fruit, he had a snake that came out from his abdomen. The abilities that he received with his SMILE are still unknown.
Other than Snakeman, there were also others who ate the Snake SMILE as it was mass produced. When Sarahebi ate this SMILE, she could extend her neck, got fangs and a long, thin and elongated forked tongue. An unnamed person who worked for Black Maria also ate this SMILE and it gave her a long snake neck and a snake mouth.
The SMILE Fruit was made to grant the user the power of animal transformation like the Zoan-type Devil Fruit. SMILE users are given enhanced physical abilities and can hold down power opponents too. SMILE users use Gifters to enhance and increase their strength in battle.
This SMILE fruit does not have its own weaknesses other than the standard SMILE fruit weaknesses like the inability to swim and that they’re devoid of any negative emotions.
SMILE fruits are made with SAD, a chemical which only Caesar Clown knows how to make. Caesar first makes the SMILE with SAD and then the SMILES are then transported to Doflamingo. The SMILE fruit is the shape of an apple with yellow and medium yellow dots on them.
