During the Timeskip

During the timeskip, Tokikake hoped to become one of the new admirals, but he didn't succeed. Issho and Ryokugyu got the positions instead. On a personal note, he persistently asked Gion out 100 times, but unfortunately, she turned him down every time.

Levely Arc

In the Levely Arc, when the Marines intercepted a conversation between Big Mom and Kaidou, Tokikake discussed the potential threat of the two Emperors teaming up to take down Monkey D. Luffy. This conversation happens at the Red Port, where he, Garp, and Gion are present. Despite the serious nature of the discussion, Tokikake remained mostly calm and composed.

Tokikake is persistent and hopeful, aiming to become an admiral but facing romantic rejections. He stays relaxed and composed in tense situations like the Levely Arc.

Tokikake has a unique style, wearing a brown cowboy hat and a vice admiral's robe with a checkered pattern that gives off an authoritative vibe. He pairs this with a blue shirt, and he usually has a small smoking bud, adding a personal touch. Completing his look are brown trousers and his brown hair framing his face. What stands out is the necklace he wears, which has something written in Japanese

Tokikake in Other Media

In the movie One Piece Film: Gold, Tokikake is surrounded by women and is enjoying a game of golf on Gran Tesoro. However, his peaceful game was disrupted when Monkey D. Luffy, Usopp, and Tony Tony Chopper drove a turtle car onto the golf course, causing Tokikake to panic. Later on, Tokikake can be found in the VIP lounge of the casino alongside Gion.

In the Wano Country Saga during One Piece: Stampede, Tokikake is seen at the Marine Headquarters. He listens to Brannew's talk about Douglas Bullet and the current situation on Delta Island
