In the past, Turco was recruited by Demaro Black to join the Fake Straw Hat Crew because of his physical resemblance to the real Franky.
In Return to Sabaody Arc, Turco's role was to take down the names of pirate crews interested in joining the Fake Straw Hats. When they approached Nami, who rejected their invitation, Turco's crew was attacked by Usopp's Pop Greens. Turco was surprised to discover that Usopp was the person Nami had been waiting for. The crew faced further challenges, including a lightning bolt from Nami.
During the encounter with the real Luffy, Turco, and the other Fake Straw Hats were subdued by Luffy's Haki. After waking up, Turco, along with the crew, witnessed the unfolding events, including the exposure of Demaro Black as a fake Luffy. Fearing the recruits' backlash, Turco and the crew fled the scene.
Although they escaped the immediate battle, Turco and the other Fake Straw Hats were later held captive by Caribou and Coribou. Facing a grim fate, they begged for mercy as Coribou prepared to bury them alive. Turco's current status after this encounter is unknown.
Turco acts tough by pretending to be part of the real Strae Hat crew to scare people. Even when Usopp hits him, he doesn't seem bothered. But when the truth comes out, he turns out to be a coward, begging for mercy from Caribou.
Turco is a tall and slender man with a long neck, thick lips, and no visible chin. His blue haircut resembles the pre-time skip style of Franky, but Turco lacks any resemblance to the pirate after Franky's remodeling. He sports sunglasses similar to Franky's and is often seen smoking a cigarette.
In terms of attire, Turco stands out by wearing a flowered shirt, regular pants, and brown shoes. This is in contrast to the real Franky, who is known for always wearing swim briefs with his shirt open.
Turco appeared to be a weak and non-combative member of the Fake Straw Hat Crew. His role in the Fake Straw Hat Crew was to keep track of information, especially regarding their recruits.
Unlike other members, he was not shown engaging in combat or wielding weapons. Although he demonstrated some endurance by standing up after attacks from Usopp and Nami but easily fainted when Monkey D. Luffy used his Haki.
Turco showed weakness in character, as he quickly knelt before the Caribou Pirates and begged for his life. Despite his lack of physical strength, he displayed knowledge of Devil Fruits, recognizing Caribou's Logia ability when he absorbed a cannonball.
Turco's beverage of choice is icecream.
