Summary of the Episode

Sanji and Zoro were in the base of the tower when Sogeking, also known as Sniper King in the English Dub, plummeted from the damaged portion of the Tower of Justice. Franky and Nico Robin are getting ready to fight their way past Spandam and the Marines to get to a getaway ship while still on the Bridge of Hesitation. In the first column, Luffy is still engaged in combat with Rob Lucci at the same time. Lucci has just used a Rankyaku to flood the column and underground tunnel with seawater, ensuring that anyone attempting to catch up with them drowns.

When Robin watches the Buster Call arrive, she collapses to the ground in shock. The Buster Call launches its assault on the main island of Enies Lobby. Their main goal is to stop Luffy and the other members of the Straw Hat Pirate crew before they can rescue and escape with the Demon Child, Nico Robin. Franky is astounded by this cruelness. Meanwhile, Robin was paralyzed by fear. She remembers how the Buster Call had been equally ruthless in destroying her home of Ohara, and now she is witnessing its dreadful power once more.

In two groups, Sanji, Zoro, Sogeking, Kokoro, Nami, Chimney, and Gonbe pass through the tunnel. In front, Chimney tells Kokoro and Nami how Luffy used the Gear 3 technique to break the massive steel door earlier. The strike appeared to cause Luffy to temporarily shrink into a smaller form, despite being successful. Chimney then hears a sound in the distance, which turns out to be the surge of seawater.

Meanwhile, Lucci continues to taunt Luffy about the condition of his crew and friends and the unenviable cruel fate they shared. However, Luffy has faith in them. Luffy and Lucci pick up their fight once more, with Lucci's Rokushiki mastery forcing Luffy to use his trump card as the two groups battle the oncoming ocean. He activates Gear 3 and unleashes his Gomu Gomu no Gigant Pistol against Lucci. Gomu Gomu no Gigant Pistol overpowered Lucci's Tekkai, also known as Iron Body in the English Dub, and blew a massive hole in the first column while also knocking Lucci out of the way.
